With extensive experience in commercial real estate, strategic acquisitions, and infrastructure development, Chris has led the acquisition and management of 60 million square feet of manufacturing infrastructure sites. CAI Investments has an AUM of over 3 billion USD.
His deep expertise in identifying undervalued assets and executing complex repositioning strategies uniquely positions him to lead AI NSA's mission of transforming underutilized commercial properties into mission-critical AI computing facilities. Under his leadership, AI NSA has forged strategic partnerships with leading immersion cooling providers, AI hardware manufacturers, and defense industry systems integrators.
Patrick Smets, CEO of Submer, is a seasoned and successful leader and entrepreneur with a track record of building out new and innovative digital solutions within the B2B industry 4.0 space including IoT, software, high tech, telecom, insurance, and banking. Highly motivated with a proven ability to develop people, leading to a broad followership. Experienced in globally commercializing and scaling all aspects of a business. Highly successful in advising but also in hands-on implementing process improvements leading to a broad and deep knowledge skill set across all business functions. Very resilient with a never give up mentality, built up by 12 years of military experience.
